Come celebrate the dawn of 40 with Buko & Mitchell Brown aka Nanny Cantaloupe. Not be confused with Buko's BF Mitchell Long aka Prometheus or Mr. Dolphin haha. This is actually Nanny's Birthday! Buko's actual birthday was December 26th but since so many of you were out of town...we have accommodated your schedules! These old ladies require your presence and dancing shoes!! Costumes always welcomed! THE THEME? Belly dancers, desert dwellers, not steam punk but Gobi/Saharan desert punk? Let's imagine us partying in the desert in a yurt! Plus Buko can use some of the photos for TSOF's new album, Himilayan Freakout, for it's dance party theme! So dress to impress to get on our next album cover!! That would be the best present!
Please no presents! This is a celebration of life, LOVE, health and happiness. It's amazing to still be on this earth and surrounded by so many lovely people! Let's party!

The Swords of Fatima will be playing!
The Swords of Fatima morphs your ideas of Rock or Punk towards a fierce version of Exotic Tibetan Spy Music. Front woman, Buko Pan Guerra, guitarist and singer, known as the "Bad Ass Bitch with a Banjo” plays her guitar in a banjo-styled tuning. She is fascinated by ancient stories and music from all around the world. Nick Scott is the architect behind the drums. Nick has many years developing his craft behind the set with LA’s Al’s Bar Favorite, POPDeFECT. Since forming in 2006, they have produced 4 albums on their own label (Long Blade) and tour internationally. A fifth album is due to be released 2016, "Himalayan Freakout". A sixth album is also in the works called, "Mirage of the Stoney Eclipse".
Mark Noel Miller brings out the jams!
Our friend, Georgio "The Dove" Valentino, is touring the West Coast in January. He's currently in Belgium/Luxembourg via Detroit/South Beach.

Fans of Frank Zappa and Ween will go gaga for the gonzo rock n roll and neo psychedelic pop of San Francisco 's Battlehooch, a six piece outfit with a kaleidoscopic sound and a high energy, madcap live show that recalls fellow mischief makers the Flaming Lips and legendary Texas weirdos, Butthole Surfers.
