Join us Wednesday mornings at 10 for some mid-week mindfulness & community.  We will be offering mix-level yoga classes with instructor Ashley Quaine. Her classes are a combination of creative sequecing, focused breathwork, and joyful surrender.

About Ashley

Ashley is a certified Yoga instructor with over 17 years of teaching experience who has worked with all ages and abilities. She encourages her students to use their yoga practice to experience the truth of who they really are and to discover how to live joyfully and peacefully in every moment.

  • Conscious Embodiment

Don't forget

  • Beginners are always welcome, and in fact, strongly encouraged to come!
  • Some mats available.

Vegetarian Malay Dinner with musical guest Malika Sellami - Sponsored by Trumer Pils Beer

The Chef

Back at HM157, Chef Robert Conaway is hosting another pop-up in support of his upcoming south east Asian street food concept, Meekong Street Kitchen.

This vegetarian dinner is focusing on the street foods of Malaysia and Singapore with slight twists. A one-time only event that is sponsored by Trumer Pils with musical guest Malika Sellami. 

On the Menu

Served with steamed white rice, and all you can drink Trumer Pils.

  • Summer Vegetable Mee Goreng: pan fried noodles, THE street food of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Sambal Tumis Tempeh, this sambal version uses a chili & tomato sauce.
  • Urap Tangeh, mung bean sprouts and grated coconut salad with lemon juice. 
  • Pan Roasted Long Beans, sauteed with shallots, garlic and dark and light soya sauce.
  • Dessert is being kept a surprise by Chef Rob!  It is sure to be delicious!

Musical Guest

Accompanying us before dinner while you enjoy your Trumer Pils will be Canadian singer/songerwritter Malika Sellami. With an eclectic folk sound, catchy melodies, colorful instrumentation and a powerful voice, she knows how to sweeten your heart.
